If you don't, someone you know Sends, Shares, or Gifts you money.
You spend it.
No bank required.
How can I spend?

Virtual or physical card.

Can I use Shuttle for free?
Yes.
The Shuttle app and virtual card are free.
There are two optional premiums, both are your choice:
A physical Shuttle card is $3 a month, or $30 once at signup.
We don't want to charge anything. We have to.
Why?
The fingerprint card costs twenty to thirty times a standard plastic card, and issuing it has expenses we must pass through to you.
Moving money out of Shuttle to your bank in one to three days is free.
Instant Moves to your bank are 1.75%.
Again, we don't want to charge. But, we have to.
Why?
Because the rails that move money in one to three minutes (versus one to three days) are expensive so we must pass that through too.
If it's free to me, how do you make money?
Every store already pays a small fee to accept a card.
Shuttle earns from the store's side — not yours.
The only things we charge you for are the physical fingerprint card and instant Moves to your bank.
Remember, we charge premiums only if you choose them.
Will I see ads?
No.
We do not allow third-party ads.
We don't sell your data.
Checking, loans, credit — those are thoughts, not live.
If we offer them, they'll be Shuttle's, and we will tell you about them.
Do I have to switch banks?
No.
Keep your bank.
Shuttle works with any of them — they don't have to sign up, plug in, or even know.
Can I export my spending to QuickBooks?
Yes.
Shuttle exports to most accounting software, including QuickBooks.
We don't replace your books.
We feed them.
What proof do I get?
Your Shuttle receipt, also known as, an Article.
Every Spend, Send, Share, Gift, Move, or Pay writes one — a sealed record of exactly what happened, second by second.
You decide who sees which details.
If there's a fight about a charge, the Article is the proof that settles it.
Do I get a statement every month?
Yes.
We create a statement every month and let you know it's there.
We don't look at it, print it, or mail it — not paper, not email.
You can share it.
We don't share anything voluntarily.
Can I provide proof when I need to?
Yes.
Share proof via email or text when you need to.
There are three layers of proof — the Article, a formal record, and a second-by-second log.

Is privacy something I have to turn on?
No.
Privacy is the default — not a setting you turn on.
You control what others see.
Shuttle shares nothing unless the law requires it.
How do you protect me from fraud?
Every transaction requires biometric authorization.
No biometric, no authorization.
That's how we know it's you.
We also watch every tap for fraud and block it before the money leaves.
What happens if my card number gets stolen?
Nothing is printed on the card — no name, no number.
A lost card doesn't reveal anything.
Your virtual card lives in the Shuttle app, behind Face ID or Touch ID.
If someone has your phone, they still have to get through those gates.
If a number ever gets stolen, you tap in the app
— a new number is issued in seconds.
